Upcoming Iteration of Apple Watch Ultra 2 Teased in FCC Prototype Images :

The Apple Watch Ultra 2, unveiled at Apple’s Far Out event in September with a 49mm design, might soon be joined by a new model, as per findings on the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website. The preliminary images of the FCC prototype indicate a robust exterior for the speculated device, featuring a distinctive black ceramic back panel. Notably, the Action Button boasts a redesigned look compared to the one on the Apple Watch Ultra. The appearance on the FCC website suggests that the launch of this potential new Watch Ultra iteration may be imminent.

Leaked Renders of Alleged Apple Watch Ultra Prototype Hint at Design Departures and Budget-Friendly Variant :

An individual with the Twitter handle @ParrotSWD recently shared what are claimed to be renders of the Watch Ultra prototype, supposedly sourced from the FCC listing. In these images, the wearable showcases a black ceramic rear case, maintaining the overall design resemblance to other Apple Watch Series models. Notably, the device exhibits a rugged exterior, but a distinctive feature is observed in the Action Button, which appears to have a design departure from the traditional Apple Watch Ultra. In this instance, the button seems to be constructed from plastic rather than metal. Worth noting is that both the Apple Watch Ultra and Watch Ultra 2 typically boast a Titanium case, yet these renders indicate a deviation from this norm. The uncertainty lies in precisely which models of the Watch Ultra these renders represent, but the observed design alterations suggest the potential development of a more budget-friendly variant of the Watch Ultra.
